Wage increase
From 1st December Drive has increased the Support Worker hourly rate from £9.10 to £9.50 per hour in Rhondda Cynon Taff, Bridgend, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. Specialist Service roles have also risen from £9.69 to £10.12 per hour.
This is welcome news moving forward to increase recognition of the fantastic work Drive staff carry out and their dedication to the people we support.
