Anybody is welcome.
There is different theme each month and fun activities are centered around the central theme. For example for Superhero month we had a superhero quiz and all came up with our superhero names.
Richard, Owen, Kerry and Gareth are all individuals we support with whom we co-produce the different themes and the activity planning.
Connect Music, Arts and Crafts club meets every Wednesday at the Philip Squire, Community centre, Coytrahen, CF32 0EP
The doors open at 10am for drinks and a catch up with your friends
The Music session starts at 10.30 am. Music sessions can include drumming workshops, music and movement and music therapy sessions.
Bring your own lunch or order food from the local cafe
Cost £12 per day.
Arts and Crafts focus on creative activities for individuals own enjoyment or to share with family or friends.
