As a member of Drive’s Business Planning Group, the Head of Operations will lead the Operations Team to deliver exceptional high-quality services to the individuals supported by Drive. The post holder will ensure the department meets our business plan, our policies, and legislative requirements within available resources.

To apply for this role, you must hold a nationally recognised professional management qualification in Social Care (e.g. Level 5 Leadership and Management of Health and Social Care: degree in Social Work, Nursing or Occupational Therapy.

 You should have 5 years’ experience in managing services for people with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviours and managing and leading staff in a variety of different settings.
