Welsh Government Additional Payment
The Welsh Government are awarding an additional payment of £1,498 for social care workers aligned to Real Living Wage employers.
The purpose of the additional payment is to demonstrate the commitment to improve the status, terms and conditions and career pathways for social care workers.
Successful candidates will need to have started at Drive before 30th June to benefit from this additional payment.
